Branson 100th Taking Shape By: Sally Kaucher All of the elements are coming together as the Branson Centennial committee works toward the celebration of the city’s 100th birthday. Committee chair Ann McDowell confirms that they will hold the Centennial Celebration show at the RFD-TV Theatre. The show on Sunday, April 15 will be in the afternoon to allow as many local entertainers as possible to participate. McDowell says committee members are also focusing on gathering prizes for the 100 Reunion Giveaway… Branson 100th Taking shape – Sally Kaucher McDowell says the response has been very positive, but in order to cover 2,000 people, they need more prize donations. To donate meals, accommodations, or tickets, contact the Centennial Project Manager at the Branson-Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce.
