Law enforcement arrested a man outside the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas’ office Sunday after they saw weapons in the SUV in which he was sitting.
Fort Smith Police Sergeant Chris Boyd says his office received a call from someone at the office regarding a suspicious man in the parking lot. Officers responded around 2:30 pm Sunday and found James Curtis in an SUV. Inside that vehicle were several firearms, knives, and ammunition. According to the report, Curtis told officers that he wished to talk to the U.S. Attorney about government corruption. The report also noted that Curtis did not resist arrest.
