Czajkowski Charges Dropped – Sally Kaucher

Russell Dove is a neighbor of Czajkowski, and was bound over last week on two counts of felonious restraint. 

Czajkowski and Dove both faced charges in 2010 following allegations that Czajkowski’s two daughters had been kicked out of the house for not doing what they were told, and that the girls had been locked in a room at Dove’s home. 

Czajkowski had been scheduled for trial this week in Taney County on two counts of felony child abuse, two counts of first-degree child endangerment, and one count of resisting arrest.  Czajkowski told KHOZ.com in October of last year that she was innocent of the charges.
