An Arkansas man charged in connection with an alleged multi-state theft ring was due in court today in Taney County. 

 

Thirty-five year old Jason Sears of Omaha faced nearly a dozen counts of tampering and stealing following the discovery of items in Eureka Springs-Arkansas and Tahlequah-Oklahoma.  Some of the items found had been reported stolen from various Taney County locations, including auto dealerships.  Sears is in the Taney County Jail on bonds totaling 125-thousand dollars.
