A man from Branson faces charges of forcible sodomy, kidnapping, deviate sexual assault, and second-degree assault.

Thirty-three year old Robert Greene is in the Taney County Jail with bond set at $250,000. 

A woman alleges Greene sexually assaulted her last week while she was in his home to use a clothes dryer.   According to a probable cause statement, the woman told deputies she did not know Greene, but she was staying next door with friends.

Greene appeared in court Tuesday and is to return February 14.
