A nationwide competition is in the throes of online voting,   seeking theme park enthusiasts’ input on their favorite theme park, including Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri.  “10 Besties Readers’ Choice Travel Awards” names Silver Dollar City in the category ‘Best Theme Park” in the nation.  

Silver Dollar City is an internationally awarded 1880s-style theme park, featuring eight festivals and events throughout the season, music and entertainment, 100 demonstrating artisans, 30 rides and attractions, shows, restaurants and a Culinary & Craft School. The 2012 season runs March 15 – December 30.
