The City of Bull Shoals will be conducting a "smoke test" Monday through Wednesday, weather permitting. Mayor Bruce Powell says the purpose of the test, which will be conducted city wide, is to find leaks in the sewer system. According to the Mayor, Bull Shoals residents may see smoke coming out of the ground, sewer covers, sum pumps, lift stations and even inside their homes if the commode trap is not full of water.
