 Man Charged with Rape in Boone County  Jimmy Dorrough (photo courtesy Boone County Sheriff\'s Office) By: Sally Kaucher A Logan County, Arkansas, man faces charges in Boone County in the rape of an 8-year old girl. Authorities took 61-year-old Jimmy Dorrough of Scranton, Arkansas, into custody Wednesday and released him a short time later after he posted $100,000 bond. According to the Boone County Sheriff’s office, Dorrough had been under investigation since the girl reported two separate incidents of inappropriate contact. Aiding in the investigation was “Grandma’s House” in Harrison. Grandma’s House provides help for children who are the victims of physical and sexual assault.
