Preliminary discussions begin later this month on the 2013 budget for Taney County. Commissioners and budget officer Rick Finley held the required public hearing this week to set their work schedule for the budget.

Budget Meetings Set in Taney County – Sally Kaucher

Initial discussion will begin on November 26th at 1 pm and continue through that week. They will meet again on Monday afternoon and Tuesday of the following week as well as the week of December 10th. 

Meetings with elected officials and department heads will come later in December.
