60-year-old Michael Bumbalough of Leslie Arkansas was killed in a two vehicle accident on Highway 254 in Van Buren County Thursday evening.

The Arkansas State Police says Bumbalough’s truck crossed the center line and collided head-on with an SUV driven by 16-year-old Bailey Griffin.

Griffin was wearing her seat belt and was not injured. Bumbalough was not wearing his seatbelt.
