The MDA is having their annual Lock – Up to raise funds for the children with Muscular Dystrophy next Thursday, December 6.
Muscular dystrophy is a group of inherited disorders that involve muscle weakness and loss of muscle tissue, which get worse over time. Carie Lewis with the Arkansas MDA Chapter out of Little Rock says the money raised goes to pay for the children’s summer camp.

Lewis says each child cost about $800 each for the camp and 100-percent of proceeds go to pay for the camps.
