The Branson West Police Department is participating in the statewide Holiday DWI Enforcement Campaign December 10^th through the 16^th.  The department will increase enforcement efforts in an attempt to stop people from driving impaired.

Third and subsequent convictions can include penalties of up to $5,000, a 10-year license denial, and up to 7 years in jail. If you cause a fatal crash while intoxicated, you may face charges of involuntary manslaughter.
