A Calico Rock man who was arrested recently by the Izard County Sheriff's Department for rape faces a second count after a woman came forward during the investigation and claimed she, too, had been raped by him. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said 41 year old William Winston Taylor faces two counts of rape, a class Y felony.
 Sheriff Lawrence said Taylor was first arrested on November 25th after sheriff's officers investigated a complaint of sexual assault filed by a 21 year old woman. During the investigation, Sheriff Lawrence said another woman filed a complaint alleging the suspect raped her approximately two months ago.
William Winston Taylor was released from the Izard County Jail after he posted bond in the amount of $100,000.
