The Baxter County Sheriff's Department arrested a man for the shooting death of another man last month.  Johnnie Baker, 47, faces a murder charge for the death of Dennis Chapman, 65.  Both men lived in the Salesville area.

KY3 is reporting the shooting happened in Norfork on Nov. 12.  Chapman was shot in the face. 

Investigators say Baker first told them the shooting was accidental, claiming the gun discharged on its own.  Investigators later determined the rifle that Baker used in the shooting could only be manually manipulated in order for it to fire.
 
Baker was arrested without incident.  A judge set bond at $100,000.
