Yesterday, Marion County Sheriff Roger Vickers reported the arrest Jessica Quintana, age 29, of Harrison, on multiple misdemeanor warrants and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop by a Marion County Officer, concerning a minor traffic offense for defective equipment. Upon running Quintana’s information, her driver’s license was found to be suspended and she had misdemeanor warrants out of both Marion County and Flippin.
While being booked in to the Marion County jail, a meth pipe was discovered on Quintana’s person. In addition to Quintana’s warrants, she was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving on a Suspended DL, Defective Equipment, and No insurance. Quintana was later released on a $5,000 bond.
