 Bradleyville, Taneyville Students Receive Shoes    By: Sally Kaucher Christmas came a little early for approximately 400 students from Bradleyville and Taneyville. The students are wearing brand new tennis shoes today thanks to the Roy W. Slusher Foundation. Taneyville School Superintendent Grant Boyer says the gift is fun and useful… Bradleyville, Taneyville Students Receive Shoes – Sally Kaucher Bradleyville High School Principal Bob Comer says Bradleyville and Taneyville students have received new shoes in the past, but this is the first time for a combined distribution. The shoes come from Dryer’s Boots and Shoes in Springfield. State Representative Lyle Rowland presented a resolution from the General Assembly to owner Dale Dryer, who has now provided more than two-thousand pairs of shoes to students in kindergarten through high school. Along with the shoes, the foundation handed out grants totaling more than $195,000 to 26 schools and charitable organizations. Donations from the Roy W.
