 Rape Charges Against Ozark County Man Dismissed  By: Harold Smith Authorities in Ozark County have dropped rape and sodomy charges against a Mountain Grove man accused of raping a Nixa woman last fall. Ozark County Prosecutor Tom Cline cites evidence issues as the reason charges against 56 year old Daniel Kent Sanders were dropped. Sanders had been accused of drugging and raping the woman at his cabin in the Tecumseh area. Sheriff’s deputies say charges could be refilled at a later date.
