A Yellville man is in the Marion County, Arkansas Jail on theft charges.

Marion County Sheriff Roger Vickers reports deputies took 22 year old Cody Ladurini into custody Tuesday after a Yellville business reported one of their service vehicles had been broken into. Ladurini is charged with theft of property and breaking or entering. He posted bond and awaits his first court appearance. Sheriff Vickers reports the investigation into the incident continues and more arrests are expected.
