 First Baby of 2013 Arrives in Harrison  By: News Release The first baby of 2013 born at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center arrived at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, January 1st, 2013.
Rhythm Orion Graddy weighed seven pounds and fourteen ounces and was twenty inches long.
He is the son of Megen Graddy and his proud grandparents are Shane Graddy and Audrey Graddy.
The attending physician was Dawn Phelps, M.D.
