With the holidays behind us, it’s time to get back to our regular routines, and that includes giving blood.

The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks provides blood to 38 area hospitals in southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas. The center’s Chris Pilgrim says there is always a need for donations, and the criteria for being a blood donor is fairly easy…
