 Tony Friend Granted Change of Venue  By: Harold Smith One of the five people charged in the deaths of Rusty and Rebecca Porter has been granted a change of venue. Taney County Circuit Judge Mark Orr Thursday granted the request of 44 year old Tony Friend of Springfield. Friend’s trial would take place in Taney County, but the jurors would be brought in from outside the area. Friend is charged with first degree murder, armed criminal action and felonious restraint in connection with the shooting deaths of the Porters, whose remains were found near Protem in July of 2011
