 Updated: Alpena Toddler Suffering from Rare Disorder By: Elizabeth Monte A family’s toddler in Alpena is suffering from a rare neurological disorder that has left doctors in Little Rock with no answers to help him. The family does have an appointment with a new doctor at the Children’s Hospital in Houston. The Great-Aunt of Harley Frizt, Michelle Smith says the family is holding a benefit to help raise funds. As of now, Harley is at home in Alpena awaiting his appointment in February. The silent auctions is to be held on February 2 at Alpena Baptist Church on Highway 412 at 1:00 p.m.
