A trial date is rescheduled for a man from Nixa accused of forcibly raping and sodomizing 3 women. Twenty-seven-year-old Jamison Marquart was charged in 2009 for alleged incidents in 2007 and 2008.

Prosecutors say the women told investigators they went on dates with Marquart, then were invited to his apartment, where they became unconscious.
