Russell says the woman for outstanding warrants, but she fled west on Highway 76.

Russell says the pursuit reached 70 miles per hour at one point, but no other vehicles were in danger.  Fifty-three year old Denise Turney of Kirbyville was arrested without incident.  A report was sent to the prosecutor’s office for possible filing of charges.
