A Mountain Home man is under arrest in Marion County after he arranged to meet a 14-year-old girl in Yellville.
Thirty-seven-year-old Steven Aldridge faces charges of computer child pornography and Internet stalking of a child after he engaged in sexually explicit chats and sent pornographic images of himself via the Internet and cell phone to someone he believed to be a 14-year-old girl. That girl turned out to be an undercover officer with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
Aldridge had arranged a meeting with the girl at a business in Yellville. Deputies quickly arrested Aldridge upon his arrival at the business and he is in the county’s jail on $35,000 awaiting his first appearance before the Marion County Circuit Court.
