A Branson woman is scheduled for arraignment in Taney County Circuit Court after waiving her right to a preliminary hearing.
Forty-five year old Terri Woods was bound over during a court appearance Monday. Her arraignment is scheduled for February 14th.
Woods and two men are charged in connection with a home invasion in Ridgedale December 28th. The three allegedly forced their way into the home, assaulted the residents, bound them with duct tape, held a knife to the female resident’s throat, stole numerous items and fled in the residents’ truck.
Woods remains in the Taney County Jail on 250-thousand dollars bond. Scheduled to appear in court later today is 37-year-old James Wiklund of Branson. Thirty-six-year-old Jonathan Hill of Forsyth is due back in court February 5th.
