The commencement address at Ozarks Technical Community College will be presented by U-S Senator Roy Blunt.

OTC chancellor Dr. Hal Higdon says as a former university president, Senator Blunt understands the significance of the commencement ceremony as a celebration of student achievement.  Blunt served as president of his alma mater, Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar.

OTC’s commencement will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 16 at JQH Arena at Missouri State University.
