 Berryville School Board Votes No to Extension of Superintendent's Contract By: Wayne Powell The Berryville School Board voted against renewing current school superintendent Dr. Randy Byrd’s contract. His contract ends June 2014 or the end of the next school year. The vote took place in public after a closed executive discussion. Attendees reported that the meeting lasted longer than normal and there were more arguments between those in attendance than at a normal meeting.
