A motion for reduced bond is denied for a Hollister man charged with statutory rape and child molestation. Twenty-six-year-old Paul Eagle remains in the Taney County Jail on $50,000 bond.

According to a probable cause statement, Eagle allegedly had sex with an 11-year-old girl at his home. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 19th.
