Early Warnings, Communication Key to Dealing with Tornado

There are events in our lives that we remember to the extent that we know where we were when we first heard of the event. That certainly applies to the early morning hours of February 29th, 2012. That was the day an EF-2 tornado left a path of destruction from Kimberling City to Mt. Branson.
There were many sets of eyes on the skies early on the morning of February 29th.
