Boone County deputies in cooperation with the U-S Department of Justice Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce served a search warrant today (Thursday) at a residence on Highway 397 in Harrison.

Sheriff Mike Moore says the search was initiated after information was developed that child pornography was being downloaded at the home.

After interviewing occupants of the residence, 21-year-old Cameron Allen was taken into custody and is facing federal charges related to downloading child porn.
