The Carroll County Department of Emergency Management and Berryville Fire Department will host a National Weather Service storm-spotter training program Monday, March 11th. 

The SKYWARN Weather Spotter training session will begin at 6:30 pm at the Berryville Fire Department. SKYWARN storm spotters are part of the nation’s first line of defense against severe weather. They provide essential information for all types of weather hazards, but their main responsibility is to identify and describe severe local storms.
