Despite the late spring snowfall, Silver Dollar City will remain open.

Park officials said they would begin opening the park at 9:30 this morning.  They will open the square at that time and work their way into the park opening it up to visitors by 11am.

Silver Dollar City is accustomed to winter conditions.  They keep the park open each year for the Christmas season.  They have a guideline as to what rides they operate during colder temperatures.  That guideline is available here.
