William "Bill" Reed, age 68, of Harrison, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at his home.  Bill was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on January 24, 1944 to the late Willie Case and Mary Thala (Glover) Reed.  He was a Missionary Baptist minister.  He served as pastor at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Bartlesville, Oklahoma; Great Southwest Missionary Baptist Church in Grand Prairie, Texas; Winan's Avenue Missionary Baptist Church in Hot Springs, Arkansas; Forest Hills Missionary Baptist Church in Benton, Arkansas; Eastside Missionary Baptist Church in Minden, Louisiana; Sardis Missionary Baptist Church in Grapevine, Arkansas; and most recently as pastor at Yellville Missionary Baptist Church in Yellville, Arkansas.  He was a member of Harmon Missionary Baptist Church in Harmon, Arkansas.  He was a loving husband and father.

He is survived by is wife, Annette, of the home; a son, Mark Anthony "Tony" Reed and his wife, Donna, of Flippin; three sisters: Bobbye Harden and her husband, Vernon, and Pat May and her husband, Bronson, all of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and Mary Faye Jaggars and her husband, Billy, of Magnolia, Arkansas; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral service for William Reed will be Monday, January 28, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Burns Funeral Home Chapel in Yellville, Arkansas with    officiating.  Visitation will begin one hour prior to service time.

A graveside service will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville, Arkansas.
