Rodger Dale Robinson, age 58, of Yardelle, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013, at his home. He was born July 27, 1954, in Harrison, the son of James Garland and Doratha Julia (Doane) Robinson, who preceded him in death.

Rodger married Joye Young at Western Grove, Arkansas, December 28, 1972. He had been a lifelong carpenter for 41 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and especially spending time with his family and friends.

Rodger is survived by his loving wife, Joye Robinson, of the home; his son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Tina Robinson, of Yardelle; his daughters and sons-in-law, Sherri and Paul Sexton of Marble Falls, Arkansas and Melissa and Dustin Lowery of Valley Springs, Arkansas; and eleven grandchildren.

Rodger is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and Eddie Estes, of Harrison; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Johnny and Florene Robinson of Lead Hill, Arkansas, Tommy and Teresa Robinson of Western Grove, Arkansas, and Jimmy Robinson of Harrison; and a host of other family and many dear friends.

Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Bro. Dennis Sisco and Bro. Jim Bryant officiating.

Interment will be in Western Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Jim Young, Rodney Wilburn, Paul Martin, Billy Bower, Ron Lee and Clifford Sisco.

Honorary pallbearers are Johnny Robinson, Tommy Robinson, Jimmy Robinson, Eddie Estes and Dr. Roy Lee.
